Designed to offer the perfect blend of shared connection and individual privacy, the bedrooms at Cape Creek Cottage provide a restful sanctuary just a five-minute stroll from the turquoise waters of Struisbaai. Our unique layout features seven beautifully appointed rooms across the property, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. In the heart of the main house, you’ll find four thoughtfully styled bedrooms, including a spacious master suite and charming upstairs rooms. For those seeking a little extra seclusion, three private, adjoined cottages - each with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom - open onto our serene courtyard. Whether you're here for a large family holiday or a quiet coastal escape, every room is fitted with premium linens, plush duvets, and coastal-inspired décor to ensure your stay at the southernmost tip of Africa is as restful as it is memorable.

Oceanpearl Master Room
Located within the main house, the Oceanpearl Room is a serene sanctuary featuring a handcrafted wooden queen bed frame and matching bedside tables. Natural light pours in through the window overlooking the private courtyard. To maintain a sleek, clutter-free aesthetic, your clothing storage and hangers are tucked neatly behind a stylish curtain. The room is completed by a private en suite bathroom with a refreshing walk-in shower.
Saltstone Room
Positioned for privacy on the opposite side of the main house from the Master, the Saltstone Room offers a quiet retreat with a comfortable queen bed. Large front-facing windows fill the space with light, and the room sits directly across from the courtyard entryway, offering easy access to the outdoors. For your convenience, the main house bathroom is located right next door. Extensive closet space, complete with shelving and hangers, ensures you have plenty of room to unpack and feel at home.
Driftwood Loft Room
Perched on the upper level of the main house, the Driftwood Loft is a cozy and whimsical retreat. This room features two twin beds and dedicated shelving for clothing storage. It is the perfect spot for younger guests or friends, as it comes stocked with a charming collection of children’s books and board games for quiet evenings.
Note: This room is accessed via a set of steep, cottage-style stairs and shares the main house bathroom located on the ground floor.
Oystercatcher Loft Room
The Oystercatcher Loft is our furthest upstairs bedroom, offering a peaceful and versatile space at the end of the hall. It features a double bed that can be converted to two twin beds, depending on your needs. Like its neighbor, it includes ample shelf storage for your belongings.
Note: Guests in the Oystercatcher Room share the ground-floor bathroom. Please take extra care when using the steep stairs leading to the loft level.
The Dune Cottage
Located just across the courtyard from the main house, The Dune Cottage offers a private and tastefully decorated retreat. This charming space features a beautifully crafted wooden queen bed with matching bedside tables and a window overlooking the central courtyard. For your comfort, there is a dedicated closet space and a private en suite bathroom featuring a versatile bath-and-shower combination. This is the perfect choice for guests seeking a blend of elegant decor and independent living within the property.
Fynbos Cottage
The Fynbos Cottage serves as a peaceful, private sanctuary positioned directly across the courtyard from The Dune Cottage. This beautifully appointed space features a queen bed, ample closet space with hangers, and a bright window offering courtyard views. Guests will enjoy the convenience of a dedicated en suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. The Fynbos Cottage offers a perfect balance of privacy and easy access to the heart of the property.
Oceanbreeze Cottage
Offering ultimate independence, the Oceanbreeze Cottage features a private entrance at the front of the house. Often affectionately called the "Bachelor’s Pad," it's the perfect choice for guests who prefer a bit more privacy. This space is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a well-organized closet with both shelving and hangers. Like our other cottages, it includes a dedicated en suite bathroom with a private shower, providing a quiet and convenient sanctuary separate from the main living areas.

Each of our cottages as well as the Oceanpearl Master Bedroom feature their own en suite bathrooms. There is also an additional bathroom for the rest of the guests in the main house. Enjoy the comfort of added luxuries like plush bath towels and body wash to use during your stay.
